We are proud to announce that AS Istanbul, supported by Istanbul Technical University, will be hosting EMEAC 2018. To build the future of EUROAVIA, EUROAVIAns will come together in İstanbul between the 8th and 14th of April during EMEAC (Electoral Meeting of the EUROAVIA Congress), which is probably the most important event of EUROAVIA. Here the future of our association is discussed, the DIB (Designated International Board) is elected and important decisions are made.
Der AMEAC 2017 findet vom 10. bis 16. September in Cluj-Napoca (Rumänien) statt. Dieses Jahr wird er um zwei Tage erweitert (8. bis 10. September), um einen ExMEAC und ein Alumnitreffen abzuhalten.
Der AMEAC findet jedes Jahr im Herbst statt und bildet den Auftakt zum neuen Businessjahr. Der im Frühjahr beim EMEAC gewählte neue Vorstand wird offiziell eingesetzt und nimmt seine Arbeit auf. Die neuesten Vorgänge auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene werden besprochen, die Arbeitspunkte für das nächste halbe Jahr diskutiert und gemeinsames Vorgehen abgesprochen. Aus jeder Ortsgruppe werden zwei Repräsentanten zu den Kongressen entsandt. Ein ExMEAC kann vom internationalen Vorstand einberufen werden, um außerordentliche Wahlen abzuhalten, z.B. falls ein DIB nicht vollständig besetzt werden konnte.
